My Winchester Counselling Practice

If you are looking for counselling in Winchester, or indeed the surrounding towns and cities (such as Southampton, Portsmouth, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, Newbury, Alresford, Alton, Petersfield, Bishops Waltham and Hedge End), my practice is easily accessible by car, train or bus.

To find out the public transport options for travelling to my Winchester counselling practice please see Winchester Travel Information or National Rail Enquiries.

If you would like to find out a bit more about counselling before contacting a counsellor, you may find it helpful to look at the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy or the NHS Choices websites. These will tell you about the how counselling may help you, what you can expect from counselling and also the ethical framework that a trained, registered counsellor practises within.

Please also see my links page for more information about the following organisations who offer support locally in Winchester, around Hampshire and also nationally: Samaritans, Mind, Childline and RASAC.
